In this case study, we delve into my achievement at Myco, a web3 streaming video platform. Myco’s success relied on leveraging first-party data and user preferences to deliver targeted marketing messages and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). I led the project to identify and collect data across various channels, including apps, website, and social media. The data was then connected to a custom-made dashboard, providing a comprehensive view of user behavior. By using first-party data and lookalikes in every market expansion, we achieved lower cost per action and significantly higher user retention. The deployment of first-party engagement on multiple levels, including email marketing, push notifications, and website/in-app messaging, resulted in exceptional results and garnered Myco the prestigious award for customer excellence, ‘Turning Data into Delights.’
